Student Registration and Health Information Page
Our Supervisory Union uses online registration throughout all schools. The link below will take you to the North Country Supervisory site. Please follow the directions on that page to complete student registration or complete the Annual Student Update.
When completing the new student registration, please be mindful of the school year you are registering for. Closer to the end of a school year you will have two options for New student registration. Here are instructions for Getting Started with New Student Registration.
We are excited to announce an online Annual Student Update for the upcoming school year! This process replaces the paper forms sent home at the beginning of each school year.
How to get started
If you already have a parent account, please visit the PowerSchool Parent/Student Portal:https://ncsuvt.powerschool.com. You can access the “Annual Student Update” via the PowerSchool Parent Portal for any of your children who have been enrolled in a school in the North Country Supervisory Union.

PowerSchool Parent Account
If you do not have a PowerSchool parent account, please contact the administrative assistant at your school for help. In addition, if you require internet access or access via a connected device you can call your school to schedule an appointment to use these services.

Do I have to answer all the questions?
Questions marked with a red asterisk (*) are required.
What if I make a mistake?
If you would like to make a change, click on the underlined field or click “< Prev” to return to a previous page.
I’ve completed the form, now what?
When you have finished entering your information, click “Submit.” This will send all of the information you’ve entered to the school. If you cannot click on this button, you will need to make sure that you have answered all required questions.
What if I have more than one student in the district?
Do I need to do this for each child? Yes, because you’ll need to provide information that is specific for each child. We recommend that you submit one Annual Student Update and then start another by returning to your main PowerSchool Parent page– this will allow you to “snap over” shared family information, which will save you time.
